1) This is what's called a SAFE ZONE. ALL opinions and comments are welcome. When you comment, keep it real and be appropriate please. Also, show appropriate userpics (and regular pictures) that are acceptable on all fronts.
2) Anon.: Please don't post anonymously. I would like people to use names when posting. I don't care if it's your real name or your lj name. Either of these two is fine, but I want a NAME.
3) Don't send me e-mails asking to chat. I don't do that, sorry.
4) My word on MY website is law. I don't care what you do on yours, that's your own business. I'm not saying 'no' to creativity, here, just the opposite. Just make sure it's appropriate. Don't like what you see, then get off my playing field.
Well, now that we've got that out of the way...
I am a reader and a writer. I'm not professional yet, but I will continue to say that I am a writer until I get published. Then I can call myself a professional writer. Right now I'm working on the revisions for novel number two "EW" and I'm working on the first draft of a new project, currently called "FA". We'll see what happens, yes? Oh, and no stealing any written content that I happen to post, for then I can sue!! I do teaser Tuesday's pretty regularly, but I normally keep those f-locked. I have only one published story, and that was in the school magazine. I'm also working towards being a teacher. I'm also now in the habit of reviewing all the books I read. My reviews tend to be short, maybe one or two paragraphs, but I try to make them count.
I have a strange sense of humor that not everyone gets. But that's okay. I like being weird. It makes life interesting.
I talk about a wide variety of subjects, which may or may not be interesting. I'm pretty easily amused and interested. Don't worry, I'll let you know when you're being inappropriate or whatever other nasty adjectives you can come up with. I might just tell you, or spit on you (figuratively, of course), or lecture you profusely, or...well you get the idea.
Friending: Feel free to friend me, I like meeting new people, as long as you let me know and give an introduction. And because I'm curious by nature, I may snoop around your lj before I friend you back. Most likely, though, I'll friend you anyway, so you have nothing to worry about. (Or do you???) No stalkers please.
Ok, end of ramblings. Unless I think of something later I forgot to put on here, in which case I'll change my profile as soon as I remember it.
